William Dougherty

William Dougherty is a seasoned civil engineer with over 24 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson since April 2014, William is a key member of the Highways Group. Prior to this role, William worked at McCormick Taylor, Inc. from May 1999 to April 2014, contributing to various PennDOT and DelDOT projects in both the Philadelphia and Newark offices. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, graduated in 1999.
