Johnson Regional Medical Center was established in 1922 in a meager boarding house. In 2013, Johnson Regional Medical Center underwent a 35,000 square foot expansion that houses a state-of-the-art emergency department, physical therapy department, new radiology facilities, five surgery suites, and a beautiful registration area.
