Ebert James

Ebert James is an experienced Contract Administrator at Johnson Service Group, Inc. since September 2018, with a robust background in subcontract management. Previously served as Subcontracts Manager at CB&I, overseeing a diverse subcontract portfolio for the installation of two Westinghouse AP1000 Nuclear Units at Plant Vogtle from October 2012 to September 2018. Ebert managed subcontractors and staff at The Shaw Group from 2007 to 2012 on a major natural gas combined cycle project, and held the position of Power Plant Manager at NAES Corporation from October 1998 to May 2004, where exceptional safety, budget, efficiency, and schedule performance were achieved. Ebert earned a Master's Degree in Industrial Relations, Cross Cultural Communication, and Counseling from Houston Graduate School of Theology between 1991 and 1993.
