Marcus Clark

Marcus Clark is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in agribusiness, corporate governance, foreign direct investment, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Foreign Investment Committee within the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia since February 2022, Clark also holds the position of Director at The Bicentennial National Trail.
