Steven Hanson

Steven Hanson has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer service and operations. Steven began their career at IWCO Direct in 1998, where they served as an Account Manager for almost a decade before being promoted to the Manager of Customer Service and Job Planning. Steven worked in this position from 2007 to 2015. In 2017, they joined Johnson/Anderson as a Customer Service Manager and held the position until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Director of Customer Experience at the same company and was recently promoted to Vice President of Operations in January 2021.

Steven Hanson earned an Associate's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dunwoody College of Technology from 1988 to 1990. Steven also obtained a Postal Partner Certification from the United States Postal Service in 2015.
