Denise Rick

Denise Rick has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the finance and IT fields. Denise started their career as a Financial Analyst at Bemis Manufacturing Company in 1999 and worked there until 2006. In 2006, Denise joined Johnsonville where they held roles such as Senior Credit Specialist, Credit Supervisor, and Senior Analyst Commercial Finance. During their time at Johnsonville, they specialized in SAP systems, particularly SAP TPM, Order to Cash, Receivables Management, and integration with other technologies. Denise also took on leadership and coaching responsibilities, guiding the IT team's business analysts and leading continuous improvement projects. Denise's most recent role at Johnsonville is as an MIS Lead Business Analyst-Coach, where they focus on SAP SD/Order to Cash, SAP GTS, SAP TPM/CBP, SAP C4C, and SAP integration with other systems. Denise is known for their expertise in SAP and their ability to foster collaboration and learning within the team.

Denise Rick has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Lakeland University, obtained from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned an Associates degree in Finance from Fox Valley Technical College, from 1995 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Denise has obtained several certifications, including a Business Analysis Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2020, a Credit Business Fellow certification from the National Association of Credit Management in 2013, and a Credit Business Associate certification from the same institution in 2007.
