Nate Ganfield

Nate Ganfield has had significant work experience in the legal and investment fields. Nate joined Johnsonville in 2016, where they held various positions including Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary from April 2016 to December 2023, and later became the Chief Legal Officer starting in January 2024. In 2019, Nate also became a Vice President and Investment Committee Member at JVille Ventures, LLC. Additionally, they joined the board of Frabelle Foods in June 2020. Nate has been actively involved in Johnsonville Holdings, Inc. since 2016.

Nate Ganfield earned a J.D., Cum Laude degree in Law from the University of Wisconsin Law School from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S., Cum Laude degree in Biology from Marquette University, attending from 1993 to 1997. In 2017, Nate pursued Executive Education in Governing Family Enterprises at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. In 2020, they completed an M&A Course in Mergers and Acquisitions: Strategy, Execution and Post-Merger Management at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Nate also attended Brother Rice High School for their high school education.
