Stephanie Schafer, APR has extensive experience in corporate communications, PR, social media, and crisis communications. Stephanie is currently the Global Corporate Communications Director at Johnsonville, where they lead the corporate and internal communications strategy. Prior to this, Stephanie held the role of Associate Director-Earned Media at Johnsonville, where they supported the company across various functions and built relationships with different media channels. Stephanie also served as the Sr. Public Relations & Social Media Manager at Johnsonville, where they developed and executed strategies to impact brand awareness and preference. Stephanie has also served in leadership roles at SocialMedia.org and Nourish Farms, Inc., where they led their company's membership in the community and served on the executive committee and board, respectively. Earlier in their career, Stephanie worked at Kohler Co., Jacobson Rost, Holland Community Hospital, and Holland Sentinel, gaining experience in communications, marketing, and media relations. Overall, Stephanie Schafer has a strong background in communications and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.

Stephanie has also obtained certifications including an AI Certification from Ragan Communications and PR Daily, and an Accreditation in Public Relations from the Public Relations Society of America.
