Joyce Chuang

Joyce Chuang is an experienced professional in credit and collections management, currently serving as the National Credit and Collections Manager at Johnston Equipment since August 2009. In this role, Joyce leads a team responsible for central invoicing, credit and recovery, collections, and accounts receivable across Canada. Prior to this position, Joyce worked at Hewlett-Packard from 1996 to 2009 as a Credit, Collections, and Recovery Specialist, focusing on major account credit and collections and receiving SAP training and documentation. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Concordia University.
