Claudia Garrett

Claudia Garrett is a dedicated health professional with extensive experience in community health and coaching. Currently serving as a Community Health Worker at Johnston Health since February 2021, Claudia focuses on promoting wellness and addressing health disparities within the community. Prior to this role, Claudia worked at CommWell Health of Newton Grove from September 2006 to February 2021 as a Health Coach, where valuable skills in client engagement and health education were developed.
