Lance Burwell

Lance Burwell is an experienced Senior Designer currently at Johnston & Murphy since May 2021, specializing in innovative development solutions and technologies. Previously, Lance held the Senior Designer position at Clarks from February 2012 to April 2021, where responsibilities included portfolio growth, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and management of extensive design briefs. Earlier roles included Designer for Men’s and Women’s categories and Associate Designer at Clarks, along with experience as a Footwear Designer at BBC International, focusing on licensed brands. Additional experience includes freelance industrial design and work with New Balance. Lance earned a BFA in Industrial Design from Kendall College of Art and Design from 2004 to 2008.
