Rozaidi has successfully overseen the construction of various projects including police quarters, factory buildings, university colleges, waterfront developments, and low-cost apartments. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Rozaidi is well-equipped to lead and coordinate teams on site, monitor progress of work, manage site logistics, and ensure successful project completion.
