Rozaini Mohd Sani

Rozaini M Sani currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Johor Corporation since March 2020 and holds the position of Non Executive Director at both LEMBAGA TABUNG ANGKATAN TENTERA and KPJ Healthcare Bhd. Additionally, Rozaini is the Chairman of Yayasan Johor Corporation and a Board Member at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka. With extensive experience, Rozaini has been a Council Member of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants since June 2015 and recently concluded a tenure as Regional Councillor with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at MyFinB (M) Sdn Bhd and Senior Director at KZ Management Advisory Sdn Bhd. Rozaini's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from UNSW and participation in various prestigious programs, including a Senior Management Development Program at INSEAD.
