Amanda Freick is an accomplished leader with extensive experience across various sectors, particularly in energy, innovation, and technology. As the Principal & Founder of Creative Intelligence Group since March 2021, Amanda has facilitated organizational success through core values of responsiveness and creative problem-solving. Currently, Amanda serves as COO and Co-Founder of Joii AI, focusing on enhancing human memory capabilities. Amanda co-owns B&D Homes Arizona Inc, a licensed general contracting firm, and holds advisory roles with Connect Recruiting Network and an official membership in the Forbes Business Development Council. Amanda's previous experience includes key positions at InnovationForce, Altruistic, Micatu, and TRC Companies, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving operational efficiency, sales growth, and innovative solutions. Amanda earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
