Omegadson Saint-Felix

Omegadson Saint-Felix has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Omegadson started working as a Management Trainee at CSL Plasma in 2009 and later served as an Assistant Manager of Operations and a Center Manager. Omegadson was responsible for overseeing center operations, including production, quality compliance, finance, HR, and IT. Omegadson also played a key role in the preparation, installation, and validation of equipment for new centers. In 2015, they joined BPL Plasma as a Regional Operations Manager, where they managed multiple centers, provided operational and quality leadership, and successfully implemented various projects. In 2018, Omegadson founded iPlasma Technology and served as CEO until 2021. Omegadson'smost recent role was with North American Dental Group, where they worked as a Senior Director of Operations from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are a Director at Join Parachute, responsible for strategic initiatives and new center development. Throughout their career, Omegadson has achieved significant accomplishments, including maintaining production growth, leading regulatory mitigation efforts, and implementing quality standards to improve outcomes.
