Sean Hanthorn

Sean Hanthorn is an experienced professional in operations and tax preparation, currently serving as the Director of Operations at RootAdvisors since February 2023. Hanthorn has been a tax preparer since 2007 and previously held the position of Director of Education Services at RootWorks LLC from 2011 to early 2023. Prior to that, Hanthorn worked as a Technical Consultant at Thomson Reuters from 2003 to 2011. Hanthorn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA in Management from Cleary University.
