Cullum Jordan

Cullum Jordan has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Cullum began their career as a Soldier in the Australian Army, followed by a role as a SIPP Administrator at Standard Life. In 2006, they worked as a Cellar Operations at Walkabout, before taking on a Recruitment Specialist role at ON-Q Human Resources in 2007. In 2015, they became a Recruitment Consultant at Head Resourcing, followed by a Senior Recruitment Consultant role at Strand Recruitment in 2018. That same year, they became a Senior Recruitment Partner at Hudson RPO, where they provided end to end recruitment solutions for 2 Sisters Food Group and BirdsEye Pizza. In 2021, they took on their current role as Talent Aquisition Lead at Join Talent, where they are currently supporting Darktrace to scale up their UK, DACH, Benelux and EMEA regions.

Cullum Jordan completed an Advanced Diploma of Management at TAFE NSW between 2010 and 2011, with a field of study in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Cullum also holds Certificates III in Resource Operations and Government from the Australian Army, as well as a Higher School Certificate from Ballina High School.
