Jairo Ouko

Jairo Ouko has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Jairo began their career as a Banking Technology Director at Provide Banking in 2010. In 2009, they worked as a Banking Technology Director at Eximius Group. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Head of Contracts at Hamlyn Williams, a boutique Executive Search consultancy. During this time, they also held Interim Director roles at a Technology Recruitment Agency focused on Data Analytics and Elevate Direct. In 2019, they became the Business Development Manager at JoinTalent, a company that helps businesses scale and grow. Currently, they are the Head of Growth (Co-founder) at ServiciaOps, a digital transformation consultancy.
