Kim Johnson-Williams has had a long career in talent acquisition and recruitment. Kim began their career in 2006 as an Internal Recruitment Consultant for KhuboNet RecruitmentSpecialists. In 2007, they moved to AdTalent as a Recruitment Consultant. In 2009, they took on the role of Internal Sales for Velocity Cubed Technologies. In 2010, they joined MarchFirst as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2017, they were a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist for HSBC MENA via Resource Solutions. In 2019, they became the Head Of Business Development for Velocity | TLNT. In 2020, they joined ClarkHouse Human Capital as a Senior Consultant : Technology, Data, Digital. In 2021, they were a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for both Celonis and Join Talent, where they were also a Talent Acquisition Lead. In 2022, they became a Senior Recruitment Team Lead for Amazon.

Kim Johnson-Williams has a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, which they obtained in 2003. Prior to that, they attended Deutsche Internationale Schule Johannesburg from 1993 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Copywriting in Talent Acquisition from Join Talent in 2023, Certified DE&I Certified Champion from Join Talent in 2022, Data And Reporting Certificate from Join Talent in 2022, GDPR and Information Security Certificate from Join Talent in 2022, and Talent Sourcing Training from The Talent Hunter in 2021.
