Shaun McInally-Buckley

Shaun McInally-Buckley has a long and varied work experience. In 2007, they began as an R&D/Production Scientist at Cleveland Biotech. In 2008, they moved to Clearwater Technology as a Sales Engineer. In 2010, they became a Teacher of Science at Hastings & St Leonards Academy. In 2012, they joined Grovelands as a Recruitment Resourcer, Permanent and Senior Contract Team Leader, and Head Of Financial Services. In 2016, they began at Balmont Associates as a Director of Talent Acquisition and People Operations consulting. In 2018, they were appointed Director of Quotacom Digital Services. In 2019, they became the Global Head of People at Encompass Corporation. In 2021, they were appointed Head of People at Zappar. In 2022, they began as a Client Success Manager at Join Talent and People Lead at Toucan Protocol.

Shaun McInally-Buckley holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology & Parasitology from the University of Glasgow, which they completed in 2006. In 2010, they completed a PGCE in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Sussex.
