Thomas Mulhern

Thomas Mulhern has worked in the recruitment industry since 2013, beginning their career as an IT Recruitment Specialist at Grafton Recruitment Ireland. Thomas then moved to Adecco Group in 2014, where they served as a Recruitment Specialist. In 2015, they joined Brightwater as an IT Recruitment Specialist and Novartis (via Alexander Mann Solutions) as a Senior Recruiter. Thomas then worked as a Technology Recruiter for Citi (via Alexander Mann Solutions) in 2017 and a Senior Recruiter for Criteo (via Alexander Mann Solutions) in 2016. In 2019, Thomas joined Citi as a Senior Recruiter - Assistant Vice President. In 2021, they began working for Join Talent as a Client Success Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. Finally, in 2022, Thomas became a Recruitment Lead for Gousto.

Thomas Mulhern began their educational journey at Lagan College. Thomas then attended the University of Sunderland from 2006 to 2009, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Business & People Management. In 2009, they moved to Queen's University Belfast to pursue an MSSc in Organisation & Management, which they completed in 2011. Thomas then attended Ulster University, where they earned an Advanced Diploma in Management Practice in 2012.
