Cie Nicholson

Cie Nicholson serves as a Board Director and Chair of Nominating & Governance at Selective Insurance since August 2009, contributing to a $3.5 billion super-regional property and casualty company. In addition, Cie Nicholson acts as an advisor for Yext, providing strategic guidance in online brand management, and co-founded The Band of Sisters, focusing on leveraging diversity to promote inclusive workplace cultures. Other current roles include serving as a Senior Advisor for PLANT-AG, advising Lavit on marketing strategies, and leading vision at Tangelo, which specializes in funding for healthy food. Previously, Cie Nicholson held leadership positions such as Chief Marketing Officer at Softcard and EVP and CMO at Equinox, demonstrating a strong background in marketing and brand development. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University and a BS in Bioscience from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
