Jessica Hamilton

Jessica Hamilton is a seasoned product management professional currently serving as a Product Manager at Blink - The Frontline Experts since July 2023, focusing on enhancing the effectiveness of frontline organizations through innovative mobile applications. Prior to this, Jessica held multiple leadership roles at GPDQ, including Head of Product and Head of Service Design, where responsibilities included product development in collaboration with the NHS and ensuring service quality compliance. Additional experience encompasses the position of Head of Community Product at Lantum, where community growth and customer success were prioritized, as well as advisory and fundraising roles with HEFCE and Development Partners. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and International Relations from Oxford Brookes University.
