Samantha Kanak

Samantha Kanak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Samantha started their career as a Fish Culturist at the Northern Southeast Regional Aquaculture Association in 2014 and worked there until 2016. After that, they moved on to become a Member Relations Manager at Repris Wines, Pangloss Cellars, and Texture Wines from 2016 to 2019.

In 2019, Samantha joined San Francisco Equity Partners as an Executive Assistant and later took on the additional responsibilities of Office Operations before leaving in 2020. Samantha then transitioned to Menlo Ventures, where they worked as an Executive Assistant from 2020 to 2021.

In 2021, Samantha became the Chief Of Staff at Raydiant - Experience Platform until 2022. Samantha continued their Chief Of Staff roles at On Deck from March to August 2022 and at Hello Generalist from December 2021 to the present.

Samantha also has experience in venture capital, having worked as a Member of the CoS Mastermind Network at Primary Venture Partners from August to the present year. Additionally, they participated in fellowships related to Chief of Staff roles at Coho from March to the present year and at On Deck from March to August 2022.

Their most recent position is as the Head of Operations at Accrue, starting in November 2022. With a range of experience in operations, executive assistance, and chief of staff roles, Samantha Kanak brings a valuable skill set to any organization.

Samantha Kanak completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a focus on Project Management, from Ashland University. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at St. Cloud State University, specializing in Ecology and Field Biology with an emphasis on Wildlife Biology.
