Kenny Kwan

Kenny Kwan is an accomplished data professional with extensive experience in data science and engineering. Currently serving as Head of Data at Drop since October 2021, Kenny previously held roles at Tucows as Data Science and Engineering Lead and Data Scientist, where significant contributions were made to data-driven initiatives. At Custom Ink, leadership in data science efforts led to a 25% improvement in customer scoring models. Earlier experiences include a Data Science Fellowship at Insight Data Science and research and teaching roles at Northeastern University, where Kenny obtained a PhD in Structural Engineering. Prior professional experience includes working as a Structural Engineer at Diseños Estructurales al Límite, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo.
