Misty Mountain

Misty Mountain currently serves as Head of People Operations at Forma since October 2021. Previously, Misty was Head of People Operations at Chorus.ai from February 2020 until September 2021, where responsibilities included creating and implementing the people and culture strategy after being hired as the first People Ops leader. Prior experience includes serving as People Operations Director at Sojern, contributing to the company's growth from 100 to over 600 employees, and various HR roles at HotelTonight, BrightRoll, Yelp, and UC Santa Barbara's Dean's Office. Misty holds a BA in Psychology and Communication from UC Santa Barbara.
