Rebecca Silva-Faville, BSN, RN, ACC, CWOCN, is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing, education, and coaching. Currently serving as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at both the University of Portland and Linfield University, Rebecca guides student nurses in clinical judgment and technical skill application. Rebecca is also a Registered Nurse at Providence and a Peer Group Facilitator with Forum, emphasizing peer support for overcoming life challenges. In addition, Rebecca founded Heel Hook Publishing and has held significant nursing roles, including Certified Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse at Central City Concern and Clinical Nurse Manager at Healogics, Inc. With a strong educational foundation that includes a Graduate Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching and a Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse certification, Rebecca combines clinical expertise with leadership and mentorship to impact healthcare positively.
