Dat Doan

Dat Doan has a comprehensive work history with experience in various roles and companies. In 2018, they worked as an Assistant Sales Manager at Renova Cloud, where they assisted with the development and implementation of company plans, called and organized sales visits at SMEs, and supported the sales manager during the sales process. The following year, Dat worked as a Sales Management Trainee at Nestlé, managing the selling system, ensuring excellent execution of trade marketing programs, and providing training and coaching to the team and distributors. In 2020, they served as a Financial Advisor at Generali Vietnam Life Insurance, communicating with clients, maintaining relationships, and acting as a Gen E Leader. In 2021, Dat joined Manulife Vietnam as a Unit Manager, responsible for planning, monitoring, and implementing business strategies, managing and developing the sales team, and providing training and support to the sales staff. Currently, they are a Business Development Executive at Homebase (YC W21), where they play a significant role in the company's growth and success.
