Leila Malekottodjary is the Vice President of People at Homebase. Leila has over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, and has been with Homebase for six months. Prior to joining Homebase, Leila was the Director Talent Acquisition at Drawbridge Inc., which was acquired by LinkedIn.

Leila has a proven track record of building successful recruitment functions from the ground up. Leila excels at partnering with cross-functional teams, and is experienced in implementing new sourcing tools and coaching teams on effective sourcing methodologies. In their previous role, Leila also reconfigured systems and tools to optimize workflows and improve reporting capabilities.

Leila is passionate about creating a positive candidate experience. Leila has revamped candidate communications, onsite interview experiences, and travel policies to improve the overall candidate experience.
