Raymond Sandza

Raymond Sandza is the VP & GM of Homebase Payroll at Homebase. Prior to joining Homebase, they served as the Director of Operations at Clover Health from August 2015 to February 2017. In this role, they built and managed the first SF-based operational teams focusing on the core insurance functions of a Medicare Advantage company, including Claims, Utilization Management, Appeals & Grievances, and Enrollment. Raymond also oversaw Clover's recruiting systems and processes, which included developing recruiting analytics and management dashboards, implementing an "agile" recruiting system, and optimizing core recruiting processes as Clover's employee base doubled in size.

Before joining Clover Health, Raymond served as the Director of Digital Commerce at Ovative Group from January 2011 to June 2014. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing Ovative's digital commerce practice, which included providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on eCommerce initiatives, developing go-to-market strategies, and managing client relationships.

Earlier in their career, Raymond served as the Director of Operations at Taskrabbit from June 2014 to August 2015. In this role, they were responsible for leading Taskrabbit's operations team and scaling the company's operations to support its rapid growth.

Raymond Sandza pursued an MBA in Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business after completing a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
