Devon Treece

Devon Treece has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Beginning in 2007, Devon worked as an MBA Intern at Eaton Truck Components. In 2008, Devon had roles as a Consultant at Ford Motor Company and a Marketing Intern at BHP Billiton. From 2009 to 2011, Devon served as a Product Manager and Manager of Customer Support at Spruce Finance. From 2012 to 2017, Devon held the positions of Manager of Underwriting Services and Director of Operations Performance Improvement at Spruce Finance. Finally, since 2017, Devon has worked at Mosaic, starting as a Senior Manager of Business Operations and progressing to the role of Director of Business Operations. In this role, Devon is responsible for managing the operations group, facilitating strategic planning, and driving key corporate initiatives.

Devon Treece earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Environmental Studies from Oberlin College. They then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Complex Systems at the University of Michigan. Devon further advanced their education by completing an MBA with a specialization in Marketing & Strategy from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
