Fabrizio Maica

Fabrizio Maica's work experience starts in 2011 with a role as an Assistant of Marketing at Dermia Medicina Estética, where they were responsible for client follow-up, commercial alliances, and supporting advertising campaigns and sponsored events.

In 2016, they joined Grupo Mac S.C.R.L as the Head of Marketing, where they worked until 2022. During their tenure, they played a leading role in marketing activities and helped position the brand as one of the most important players in the industry.

In 2017, Fabrizio held two positions simultaneously. Fabrizio worked as a Supervisor Commercial at ML Marketing Services S.A.C, where they supervised commercial accounts for premium companies and focused on key account acquisition and achieving sales targets. At the same time, they served as the Marketing Manager at holacliente, a digital marketing company. In this role, they handled client acquisition, created marketing campaigns for large companies, developed digital platforms, managed social media, and implemented mass SMS strategies.

In 2019, Fabrizio transitioned to Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros as a Life Insurance Advisor. Here, they specialized in financial planning and insurability, selling intangible products in the insurance and private pension systems. Fabrizio excelled in communicating and negotiating with clients, building trust, and achieving customer loyalty.

Moving forward, they joined Ayenda Hoteles in 2021 as a Business Development Representative for Peru. In this role, they focused on expanding the company's presence and developing business opportunities. Finally, Fabrizio's most recent position has been as a Key Account Manager at Joinnus since February 2023.

Fabrizio Maica is currently an Estudiante at Universidad de Palermo, where they are studying Marketing. Prior to this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree at Universidad Católica San Pablo from 2008 to 2014. The field of study during their Bachelor's degree is not specified.
