Larisse Parra Vilchez has a diverse work experience beginning in 2014 as a co-founder of EducaDando. In 2016, they became a Practicante de Comunicación Interna at Anddes, where they executed campaigns for the company's internal audience and maintained relationships with them. In 2018, they became the Manager, Booker & Production Manager at Movimiento Music, where they managed the careers of Peruvian bands, implemented marketing and communication strategies, and sold shows and tours for the artists.
