Alan Furley

Alan Furley is the Co-Founder and CEO of ISL Talent, an award-winning talent consultancy, since March 2008. Alan serves as a keynote and workshop speaker at MicDrop, focusing on hiring and recruitment topics. As a member of OPUS and a founding member with expertise in the VenturePath growth investment community, Alan supports tech scaleup founders in accessing funding and building networks. Additional roles include serving as an ambassador for the Tech Talent Charter to promote diversity in technology, advising FemTech Lab on hiring and culture, and working with startups like StudentCrowd and The Accelerator Network Ltd. Alan's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of the West of England and a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
