Emily M. is currently the Head of Venture Operations at Odin, where they focus on scaling investment systems and enhancing access to private markets for diverse investors. Before joining Odin in 2025, they served as Chief of Staff and Director of Operations at Metomic, where they led operational strategies during the company's rapid growth from Seed to Series A. Emily's previous experience includes management consulting at PA Consulting and project management roles at HYPED, where they contributed to the Hyperloop initiative. They are also a member of the London COO Roundtable and are pursuing a Master of Arts with Honours in History and Politics at The University of Edinburgh.
