Jeremy Quinn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Paradigm since September 2022, Jeremy drives the adoption, retention, and renewal of legal software for over 400 accounts, while maintaining strong client relationships through tailored training. Previously, as an Agent Experience Manager at Compass, Jeremy launched a new office in Danville, CA, and facilitated the onboarding of more than 500 real estate agents. Jeremy also played a key role in the merger and acquisition integration of two major real estate brokerages. Previous roles include Marketing Coordinator & Executive Assistant at Urban Real Estate, where Jeremy contributed to significant sales growth, and Executive Assistant at HDR Remodeling, where project management and marketing initiatives were a focus. Jeremy began professional endeavors at The Produce Exchange, overseeing transportation and inventory management. A graduate of DePaul University, Jeremy holds a BA in Digital Cinema.
