Ali Rentschler

Ali Rentschler is a seasoned professional in recruitment and talent acquisition with extensive experience at Hirewell since October 2013, progressing through roles such as Partner, GTM, Vice President of Sales Practice, Director of Sales Recruiting, and RPO Consultant. Ali has demonstrated expertise in helping organizations identify and recruit top talent through a creative and effective recruiting process. In addition to current involvement as an Executive Member at Pavilion, Ali's previous roles include Recruiting Consultant at Hostway Services, Inc., and CSC, alongside a Human Resources Internship at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. Ali holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, Health Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and has studied at King's College London.
