Anna Ylijoki Rosato is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operational leadership. Currently a Member at Pavilion, Anna previously served as Senior Director of Customer Success Operations & Enablement at Feathr, leading an 18-person team to enhance a client base of over 1,000 and generating annual renewable revenue surpassing $10 million. Anna's career includes significant roles at Community Associations Institute, Institute of Food Technologists, American Marketing Association, Appraisal Institute, and Association Management & Communications, focusing on strategic planning, fiscal responsibility, and creating effective customer experiences. Anna holds a BABA in Global Business from the University of Florida, a Graduate Certificate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School, and participated in a study abroad program in International Marketing at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
