Brian Wilkins

Brian Wilkins is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with extensive experience in SaaS and recurring revenue operations. Currently serving as an Executive Member at Pavilion since October 2024, Brian previously held the position of Vice President of Sales at Board.org, where leadership of a 17-person team resulted in 1.75x portfolio growth. Prior roles include Managing Director of Sales at Korn Ferry, where Brian spearheaded SaaS platform integration for Fortune 500 clients, and Vice President of Inside Sales at Strategy Execution, achieving 103% of revenue targets. Brian’s career also encompasses significant contributions to EON Solutions, Phase 5 Group, Inc., and the Corporate Executive Board, with a proven track record of revenue growth, team management, and expertise in consultative selling. Brian earned a BA in Economics from Denison University and attended Charlotte Country Day School.
