Carrie Singer is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as Director of Solution Account Management at RealPage, Inc. since October 2024, and as an Executive Member at Pavilion since October 2022. Prior roles include Director of Customer Success at Mural, where Carrie led a team focused on major accounts representing $34M+ ARR, and Senior Customer Success Manager positions at InVision, EVERFI, and ClearCompany. With a solid foundation built over a 12-year tenure at Blackboard, where Carrie achieved multiple promotions and consistently surpassed performance goals, Carrie also has experience in media planning and sales at AOL. Carrie holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in History and English from Saint Mary's College at Notre Dame.
