Laura Tankel Hughes

Laura Tankel Hughes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and retention across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success and Renewals at UserTesting, Laura spearheads the global Customer Success strategy for the company's SaaS portfolio, managing a team of 57 CSMs and CS Leaders worldwide. Previously, Laura held the position of Director of Client Success and Retention at Frontline Education, where a high client retention rate was achieved through a well-designed renewals process. Laura also led renewal strategies at Omnitracs and developed a successful renewals program at Roadnet Technologies Inc., contributing to year-over-year revenue growth.
