Lisa Elly Kagan

Lisa Elly Kagan (Zaidel) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic operations, innovation, and customer experience across various industries. Currently, Lisa serves as Co-Founder at Buddy and as a Board Member at Women In Recycling, while also holding an executive position at Pavilion. Previously, Lisa was Global Head of Go-to-Market at TradeWindow, focusing on digital transformation in trade processes, and Chief Experience Officer at Endless, specializing in customer-centric innovations in recycling. Prior roles include management positions at Deloitte New Zealand and South Africa, as well as a marketing manager role at Soviet Jeanswear Company.
