Raz Ezra

Raz Ezra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and project management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales & Partnerships at 4M Analytics since January 2019, Raz played a key role in establishing a company that delivers innovative utility data solutions for infrastructure and construction projects. Prior to this, Raz held leadership positions at Pavilion and 4M Defense, managing business development and complex infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance and implementing innovative solutions. Raz's earlier experience includes project management at NARSHA LTD and military leadership as a Captain in the Israel Defense Forces, managing a platoon of combat engineers. With a Bachelor of Business Administration emphasizing Business and Computer Science from The Open University of Israel, Raz also contributes as a mentor at the Kinneret Innovation Center, guiding early-stage startups.
