Erin Whisenant

Erin Whisenant is a dedicated educational professional with extensive experience in school leadership and management. Currently serving as the Student and Family Success Lead at Prisma since June 2025, Erin previously held the position of Assistant Head of School at The Academy of Thought and Industry from August 2023 to June 2025. At Guidepost Montessori, Erin held multiple roles, including Assistant Head of School, Community Manager, and Head Of School, from May 2019 to June 2025. Erin's career began at LePort Schools, where responsibilities included Head Of School and Business Manager from December 2018 to December 2018, and at KinderCare as Assistant Director and Pre-K Teacher from June 2014 to August 2016. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington, earned between 2009 and 2013, following graduation from Chantilly High School in 2009.
