Frank Chen

Frank Chen is a Technical Product Operations Manager/T-Pom (tiny.cc/TPom) at Propel. Prior to joining Propel, Frank worked as a Business Analyst at Vestwell from April 2019 to November 2019. Before Vestwell, Frank was an Operations Associate at Knewton from June 2018 to February 2019. Frank also has experience as a Project Manager, having worked at BlocPower from June 2016 to June 2018. Additionally, Frank has administrative experience, having interned at the Global Sustainability Foundation (GSF) from July 2015 to September 2015.
