Rui N. began their career in 2014 as a System Developer Intern & Contractor for Green Trading Ltd. In 2015, they moved on to Sivgo Technologies as a Web Developer. In 2016, they became a Full Stack Engineer at Absolute Results, and also did some Freelance Software Engineering. In 2021, they joined Commit as an Engineering Partner, and currently works as a Software Engineer at sherpa⁰.

Rui N. attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
