Chris Norris

Chris Norris is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience spanning over two decades in software development and engineering leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Bicycle Health, Chris integrates Medication for Opioid Use Disorder with comprehensive behavioral healthcare services. As the Founder and CEO of a startup offering fractional CTO services, Chris is dedicated to supporting under-represented minorities in STEM through revenue donations. Previous roles include senior positions at Wheel, Darby Smart, Polyvore, Bazaarvoice, MessageOne, Cisco, and Data Connection Ltd., where significant contributions were made in building scalable platforms, advancing cloud architecture, and developing innovative products. Chris holds a Master of Engineering (Hons) in Engineering and Computing Science from the University of Oxford.
