Yasser Abdelaziz Nawara

Dr. Yasser Nawara, MD has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry at the international level. Dr.Yasser is the Founder of Dr. Nawara Online Language & Medical Interpretation Center, where they provide customized online language courses and medical interpretation services.

Prior to this, Dr. Nawara held various roles at different organizations. Dr.Yasser worked at Joint Commission International as an Accreditation, PI, Patient Safety Director/Consultant, where they were responsible for structuring quality management departments, coaching accreditation programs, and implementing performance improvement initiatives in hospitals.

Dr.Yasser also served as the President of The MEJA Group LLC - MENA Region and Vice President of International Service at The MEJA Group US-MENA, providing consulting and business support services to corporations and governments.

In addition, Dr. Nawara worked as the Director - International Sales at Surgical Serenity Solutions, promoting preloaded cordless musical headphones and mobile apps used for pain and anxiety reduction in healthcare settings.

Dr.Yasser was also a partner at CGE Risk Management Solutions, specializing in risk management.

Furthermore, Dr. Nawara was an Accreditation Partner at Global Healthcare Accreditation Program, focusing on accreditation, certification, training, and advisory services for hospitals and ambulatory centers.

Dr.Yasser worked as a Representative, Educator, and Consultant at ACHS International, and as the VP-International Services at QTracer.

Dr. Nawara has also been involved in the academic field, serving as a Quality Instructor & Trainer at The American University in Cairo, where they delivered courses on quality management systems for healthcare professionals.

Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of PI and Telehealth Program at NYC Health + Hospitals, where they oversaw home health services and telehealth programs.

Dr. Yasser Nawara, MD has a comprehensive education history in the field of healthcare and medicine. In 1986, they obtained their MD degree from Cairo University, specializing in medicine. In 1996, they pursued further education by completing a Professional Diploma in Healthcare and Hospital Management (DHHM) at The American University in Cairo.

Continuing their professional development, Dr. Nawara earned a Certificate in Healthcare Systems Manager (CHSM) from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs in 2003. In the same year, they also obtained a Health Systems Management Certificate from Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

In 2015, Dr. Nawara attended the Joint Commission International's International Practicum on Quality Improvement & Accreditation, where they earned a Certificate of Attendance in Quality Management & Accreditation.
