Ana-Maria Kovalcik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software testing and project coordination in IT and cybersecurity roles. Currently serving as a Software Test Lead at JRAD since April 2022, Ana-Maria supports and leads various IT and cybersecurity initiatives. Previously, as a Test Coordinator for Flash Professional Services, collaboration across multiple teams was a key focus, facilitating a unified testing schedule and identifying process improvements. At General Dynamics Information Technology, Ana-Maria successfully led a software development team and transitioned development practices from Waterfall to Agile. Earlier roles at CACI International Inc. involved supervising test teams and managing testing processes, while the tenure with the United States Air Force provided foundational skills in public health compliance and education. Ana-Maria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Phoenix.
