Gary R. Graves, Colonel (Retired), U.S. Army, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at JRAD since November 2019. With over 25 years of military leadership experience, Graves held various strategic positions in the U.S. Army, including Military Officer, Director of Operations/Plans/Training/Safety managing a staff of 30, Senior Fires Trainer at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center, Battalion Commander overseeing 475 Soldiers and $100M in equipment, and Brigade Executive Officer supervising training and logistics for a brigade of ~4,000 personnel.
